SOS Gravy

Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 cups non-fat milk
    2 tbls flour
    1 can Armour Dried Chipped Beef

Directions

**Please note that this recipe is VERY high in sodium.

1. Cut dried beef into bite-sized pieces.
2. Saute with 2 tsp margarine (less can be used if desired) in medium saucepan on high heat.
3. Mix milk and flour together with whisk.
4. Pour milk mixture into saucepan.
5. Let mixture come just to a boil stirring frequently.
6. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes stirring frequently.
7. Serve over toast. (1/4 cup or less per slice.)

Makes ten 1/4 cup servings.
