4 - 4oz Wild salmon fillet 1 tsp dijon Mustard 1 Tbsp fat-free mayo 1 Tbsp chives, chopped 2 Tbsp eel sauce 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper
Cut salmon into 1 inch peices. Place in a food processor, pulse salmon just until finely chopped. Transfer salmon to a medium bowl. add teh rest of the ingredients and form 4 - 4oz patties. Grill patties on med-high heat on each side just until opaque in the center, about 3 minutes.
