Serves 6 An easy recipe which even the beginner can make. Served with a side sald it makesa nutritious and delicious lunch meal.
2 x salmon fillets (about half a kilo in total)
6x medium sized potatoes mashed
3 tbsp finely choppe parsley
2 tbsp tabasco sauce
Once cold cut into rounds using a cup and place on greaseproof paper to dry out.
To serve simply fry them (can be dry fried) until golden brown on both sides. Serve with a side salad or something like a salsa or sweet chilli dip.

That is because it had taken this recipe to be 1 serving only. I couldn't eat half a kilo of salmon by myself let alone in a fish cake, lol. You should get at least six out of this mix and i have altered the instructions to reflect this. Thank you for pointing this out to me.
