Curried Veal Heart

Ingredients

    50 g. MAE PLOY green curry paste
    2 cups coconut milk
    200 g. veal meat, cubed
    150 g. mixed vegetables, thawed
    .5 cups water

Directions

Mix curry paste with coconut milk. Heat until boiling then add the veal, and continue cooking. When the meat is done add the vegetables and water and cook until vegetables are soft.

Serve with rice.

Makes 4 servings.
