Hurry Up Brown Bread

Introduction

Quick and simple no-knead bread :) Quick and simple no-knead bread :)
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 c White Flour
    2 t. baking soda
    1 t. salt

    1 c brown sugar
    2 c whole wheat flour

    1 T shortening melted
    1/4 c molassas
    1 1/2 c butter milk
    1 egg, beaten

Directions

Mix together the white flour, soda & salt

Add the brown sugar, whole wheat flour and combine well

Add melted shortening, molasses, butter milk, and the egg. Beat together until smooth, pour in greased pan and let set for 20 minutes. Bake at 350 for 45 mins.
