1 large onion, thinly sliced â€“ Optional
1 can of black beans
1 can of navy beans
1 can of pinto beans
1 can of red kidney beans
1 cup milk
1 pound of thinly sliced green beans
2 Tbsp flour
A handful of fresh green coriander, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
2. Saute onions to transparency in a teaspoon of oil. Add flour and fry till golden brown. Next, puree it in a blender and set aside.
3. Boil 2 cups water and add the thinly sliced green beans and the canned beans. Let it simmer until the green beans get cooked.
4. Now add the blended onions and milk. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. Turn off the stove, serve hot and enjoy!
