2 cups chopped assorted peppers 1 cup chopped onions 1 cup chopped-sliced zucchini 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms 1 cup sliced asparagus 2 cups chopped in pieces broccoli 1 cup sliced carrots 21 cloves garlic 1 TBS. corn starch 2 TBS. less salt soy sauce 2 TBS Rice vinegar 1 TBS szechwan chili sauce 2 TBS sesame seed oil 2 pkg. granulated chicken bollioun no salt
start by slicing your veggies and having them ready-than in large skillet or wok heat the sesame seed oil over high heat-than add the onions and saute for about 2 to3, than add the carrots and repeat, than garlic, saute, peppers, saute, asparagus, saute, broccoli, saute, zuccihini, saute, mushrooms, saute-it is about 2 or 3 minutes per each veggie added to saute, in a bowl combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili sauce, and corn starch, mix and set aside-after your have sauted the mushrooms for a minute or 2 add the herb ox no salt granulated boullion and mix-than add the soy sauce mixture stir well and add 1/2 cup hot water let cook for a couple of minutes and than dish up-you can use any vegatables that you want to this is a great way to eat them.
