No Mayo Egg Salad

Introduction

This is a lower calorie egg salad because it takes out the mayo. I find that the dill gives it that added flavor. I either eat it as a sandwich, or cut it in half and eat it open faced on half a slice of bread for a snack. This is a lower calorie egg salad because it takes out the mayo. Ingredients

    2 hard boiled eggs, shelled
    1 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp celery, finely chopped
    2 tsp yellow mustard
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp dried dill

Directions

1. Place eggs in small bowl and mash slightly with a fork. Add remaining regredients and stir until combined.
2. Use as desired - recommended on %100 whole wheat bread.

Makes 1 serving
