Ingredients

2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp splenda
1/2 tbsp low fat sour cream
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1/2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp grated carrot
1 tbsp crushed pineapple
1 egg white
Directions
Put all ingredients into one small bowl. Mix well. Put into a muffin cup and put in oven at 350 for about 30 minutes.
