1 c frozen blueberries
1/2 medium banana
2 T dark cocoa powder (unsweetened baking cocoa powder)
1 cup soymilk (you can use skim milk, but I can't drink milk!)
Adding the cocoa first and pulsing with the blueberries keeps the dusty powder from flying everywhere when you add other ingredients.
Makes one serving! This is rich and decadent! I ate it as a snack, but it would be just as good as a dessert. I might freeze it a bit longer so it's more like ice cream.
