Introduction

I came up with this recipe when searching for something different to make for lunch. I came up with this recipe when searching for something different to make for lunch.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3/4 C. pink salmon (I used canned)
    1 can (1/2 C.) white crab
    2 stalks (approx. 1/2 C.) celery, chopped
    1/2 C. sweet yellow onion, chopped
    2 large eggs
    3 slices Wasa Fiber Crispbread, crushed
    1Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (for frying)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except olive oil in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 8 patties. Fry in olive oil over medium to medium-high heat until golden.

Makes 8 patties.
