*Dreamfields low carb penne rigate, 2.25 cup
Carrots, raw, 102 grams, sliced
Broccoli, fresh, 106 grams, cut into small pieces
Zucchini, baby, 136 grams, sliced
Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 8 tbsp
1 c. chicken broth(I use no fat low sodium)
Half and Half Cream, .5 cup
*Flour, white, .125 cup (2 Tb.)
Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (cooked and cut into bite-size pieces)
Make roux with butter and flour, stir in broth, stir in cream, stir in cheese. May top with more grated parmesan.
Mix everything together and bake in 359 oven until heated through
