1 can black beans, drained
Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
Onions, raw, .66 cup, chopped
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.75 cup, chopped
Garlic, 3 cloves
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Salt, .5 tsp
Pepper, black, .25 tsp
*Cumin seed, .5 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
Chili powder, 1 tsp
heat EVOO in pan on medium-low heat. add veggies and cook about 10-15 minuntes until onion & garlic become translucent.
Add drained black beans and spices, stir to combine and heat another 5-10 minutes or until the beans are heated through.
Serve over polenta and top with LF cheese
