Ingredients

Chopped veggies to taste
Salmon (fresh or frozen) or other meaty fish
Yogurt to top
Serve with rice for a special treat!
Directions
Lay your fish at the bottom of a greased deep glass pan. Chop the veggies, and toss withe seasonings. Layer half of your veggies over the fish. Put a layer of about a quarter of your cheese, then top off with the rest of your veggies, and top off with the rest of your cheese.
Cover pan with aluminum foil
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
remove the aluminum, and cook for another 10 minutes
