IntroductionThe Best substitute for fried chicken fingers! The Best substitute for fried chicken fingers!
1- 4oz Chicken Breast (Cut into strips)
1/3 Cup of I"dahoan Loaded Baked Potatoes" mix.
1/4 Cup of Egg Beaters egg substitute.
1 tsp of Garlic Powder
1 tsp of Cayenne Pepper
Add any additional seasonings you like
Dip chicken strips in egg beaters.
Cover each with potato mixture
Spray each side with 0 Calorie Butter spray.
Bake in oven approx. 25 minutes. Turn when halfway done.
1 Serving for 224 calories.
(usually 4-5 Chicken Fingers)
Note: I usually make 2 servings, it is great to carry to lunch the next day!
