Chicken Breast, no bone or skin, 3/4 pound
White rice (medium grain), 2 cups
Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
Water, half a can (use soup can)
Cook rice according to package.
Once chicken and sauce are cooked, pour over rice and enjoy. A kid-friendly favorite!
Makes four two cup servings.
