Penny, ham and cheese bake

Introduction

A kids favorite. A kids favorite.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 box Blue Menu penne
    2 cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
    1 cup diced cooked lean ham
    1 cup frozen peas and carrots
    1 384g package partly skimmed mozzarella
    1/2 cups skim milk

Directions

*cook pasta to desired softness
*mix soup with milk and heat in sauce pan
*shred cheese and put 1/4 of it into the soup put rest aside.
*boil veggies till cooked
*Mix all of the above and poor into a cassaroll dish and sprinkle rest of cheese on top of cassaroll. Broil for 6 to 8 minutes to brown the cheese and serve.

This makes a 9x12 cassarole dish and serves 8 to 10 people. For smaller version cut recipe in half.
