Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    32 oz low sodium chicken broth
    3 tbsp olive oil
    1-15 oz-can cannellini white beans-drained
    1-15 oz can whole kernel corn-drained
    1 Cup Salsa
    1 Jalapeno Pepper-seeded, cleaned & chopped
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp cumin
    2 chicken breasts-cut into bit size pieces

Directions

Combine all ingredients and add water if not all submerged. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours.
