Slow Cooker Chili

Introduction

I got this recipe from "Fix-It and Forget-it Cookbook." I omitted the onion called for in the recipe and opted for onion powder because I'm not a big fan of onions. Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    *2 lbs. Ground Beef Chuck 80/20
    *2 16-oz. cans red kidney beans, drained
    *2 14 1/2-oz. cans diced tomatoes, drained
    *2 garlic cloves, crushed
    *2-3 Tbsp. chili powder
    *1 tsp. onion powder
    *1 tsp. ground cumin
    *1 tsp. black pepper
    *1 tsp. salt



Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cover. Cook on Low 8-10 hours

Makes 10 servings.
