Ingredients

1 lb 85/15 ground turkey (frozen roll, thawed)
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
14.5 oz can diced chili ready tomatoes (special purchase)
15 oz kidney beans, rinsed & drained
8 oz can tomato sauce
chili powder to taste
Directions
Coat a large saucepan with vegetable cooking spray. Add turkey, onion, and garlic powder; cook and stir until vegetables are tender. Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce, and chili powder if desired. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese and oyster crackers.
