Submitted by: TLORDAGAMAIntroduction
I read a suggestion by a nutritionist and seen substituting apple sauce or pumpkin but not beans! Didn't think it would work but this receipe has everyone talking from my husband to the kids, to the local mechanic! Ingredients
-
1 box of brownie mix
1 can of black beans
4 tablespoons of tap water
Directions
Get a good brand of Brownie mix I used the triple chunky type and put in a large mixing bowl.
Open a can of black beans, drain and rinse them in a colandar. Put the beans in a food processor or blender and puree until all the beans don't look like they are beans anymore.
Add the bean mixture with about 3 tablespoons of water to the brownie mix. Blend well.
I put mine in an 8x8 pan and baked for 55 minutes check by using a toothpick, if its clean its done.
Let cool cut into small serving pieces and enjoy!
