1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup walnuts
3 pitted dates
Water for soaking the nuts and dates
2 Cups sprouted wheat
1/4 cup shredded apple
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
1 tablespoon Olive oil
On a solid dehydrating sheet form dough into a loaf about 1 1/2 inches tall, 3 1/2 inches wide and 6 inches long. Dehydrate at 90Â°F for 13 to 17 hours. When done, the loaf should be crisp on the outside and moist on the inside.
