5 servings of extra wide egg noodles (280 grams)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 5-oz can tuna, drained
1 can of peas, drained
1 C skim milk
1 4-square cracker, crushed
Mix soup, tuna, peas and milk in casserole dish. Drain noodles and add to mixture. Top with crushed crackers. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 8,1-Cup servings.
