Carrot Cake

Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2 cups white flour
    2 cups splenda
    1 cup light sour cream
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup raisins
    2 cups grated carrot
    4 eggs
    1 cup of crushed pineapple

Directions

Beat eggs. Mix in splenda and sour cream. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Put in a 9x13"pan (sprayed with non-stick spray)
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Turn heat down to 325 and bake for about another 20 minutes.
