5.5 cups puffed brown rice 5.5 cups mini marshmallows 0.25 cup smart balance light butter spread 0.5 teaspoon vanillia
Butter a 13" x 9" dish. Measure out puffed brown rice and mini marshmallows and put in seperate bowls. Melt .25 cup butter. Add marshmallows and stir constantly until melted. Add vanilia. Next add puffed brown rice. Mix quickly. Turn into a buttered 13" x 9' dish. Press into dish. Let sit until cooled.
