Blue Cheese Coleslaw

Introduction

I got this off of the the blog Bites and Bowls. Delicious! I added more cheese and a little more mayo. I got this off of the the blog Bites and Bowls. Delicious! I added more cheese and a little more mayo.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups shredded/chopped green cabbage
    2 oz. blue cheese
    2 tbsp Reduced Fat Mayo with olive oil (figured in the nutrition)

    Any spices desired (I used sea salt , fresh cracked pepper, dash of garlic powder and pinch of red pepper flakes)

Directions

Chop you cabbage as wanted. Add the 2 oz of crumbled blue cheese. Add reduced fat mayo. Add any spices you'd like. Mix well and serve!

4 1/2 cup servings
