2 Tilapia filets 1/2 c panko crumbs 1 egg 1 oz fat free milk
Preheat oven to 350*. Beat egg and milk with a small wisk or fork adding some salt & pepper. Dip a fish fillet in the egg mixture completely coating and then in the panko crumbs completely coating. Place in a baking dish. Repeat with the other filet. Bake in the oven for 20 mins or until the fish is white and flaky.
