Introduction

This is my families favorite Cole Slaw.
This recipe could easily be converted to low calorie by substituting light Mayo and a sugar substitute. I have not done this, so I don't know what the results would be.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    !/2 Cup Mayo
    1/4 Cup sugar
    2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar

    Mix together until smooth, add to:
    1 package Fresh Express Cole Slaw Mix

    Refridgerate at least 1 hour before serving, mixing often.

Directions

Makes about 6 1 cup servings.
