Easy Feta Chicken Bake

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Chicken Thigh, 6 thigh, bone and skin removed
    Athenos Traditional Feta Cheese, 0.25 cup
    Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tbsp
    Fresh Oregano Leaves, .50 tsp
    Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 cup, chopped or sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*.
Spry pan with non stick cooking spray.
Arrange chicken thighs in pan.
Drizzle with 1tbs. lemon juice.
Season with pepper.
Top with Oregano, Feta and Tomato'sand remaining Lemon juice.
Bake 40 to 45 min. or until chicken is cooked through...Enjoy!
