8oz Whole Wheat Spiral Pasta
half cup chopped green pepper
half cup chopped red pepper
1 Package Louis Rich Breast Strips, Italian style
3 table spoons olive oil
4 table spoons parmesan cheese
chop green and red peppers
Half the amount of olive oil and put in sauce pan and saute' chicken and bell peppers on low to medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
add chicken, bell peppers, rest of olive oil, pasta and parmesan cheese, and mix everything together. Serve in indivudal bowls.
