    SOBA NOODLES 12OZ
    PEANUT BUTTER 1/4 C
    CHILI OIL 1TBSP
    CICER/RICE VINAGER 2TBSP
    PEPPERS RED SWEED 1 MED CHOPPED
    CARROT 1 MED GRATED
    SESAME SEEDS 1 OZ
    LITE SOY SAUCE 1/4 C
    UNSWEETENED APPLESAUCE 1 C
    SCALLIONS 1 MED CHOPPED
    CHICKEN BREAST COOKED 80Z CHOPPED
    HOT PEPPER FLAKES 1 TBSP (OPTIONAL)

Directions

Cook noodles according to directions drain and rinse with cold water
add red pepper carrot,scallion,chicken
blend remaining ingredients for sauce and mix into the the nooldes makes 12 sides or 6 main dishes
