Ingredients

*1 jigger (1.5 oz) tequila
*2 Tbs (1 oz) lime juice - bottled more convenient, fresh tastes a lot better
*1/4 cup (4 Tbs) water, preferably filtered
*1/4 tsp orange extract
*1 Tbs worth artificial sweetener (I prefer stevia natural sweetener, but you can use your own favorite)
*Ice - small handful
*Margarita salt or kosher salt
Directions
Wet the rim of the margarita glass and dip into a small plate of salt (optional). Combine all ingredients. You can either serve it over ice , strained into the glass, or blended in a blender (my favorite way for a picnic or party!). Makes 1 serving.
