3 tsp crushed garlic
1 can (370 ml) of evaporated skim milk
1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp hot sauce
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
340 grams cooked peeled shrimp
225 grams whole wheat pasta
160 grams of frozen chopped spinach
Cook pasta. Drain. Add to shrimp mixture. Top with remaining cheese.
