3 cans beef broth
1 can tomatoes with chilies
1lb frozen, mixed vegetables
1lb frozen, califlower and broccoli
11 oz reduced fat velveeta
Add frozen vegetables and reduce to a simmer.
When vegetables are tender, remove from heat and add cubed cheese.
