Introduction

Delicious, fast to prepare dinner using the left over Pork Roast. Delicious, fast to prepare dinner using the left over Pork Roast.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Kidney Beans
    1/2 Cup chopped pork roast
    1/4 Cup sauted onions and mushrooms
    2 Tbs olive oil
    1 Can Stewed Tomatoes
    dash of black pepper

Directions

Cut pre-cooked pork roast into small cubes

Skillet: medium to high heat Put in 2 tbs of olive oil and saute onions and mushrooms until tender, add pork roast, kidney beans, stewed tomatoes and black pepper according to your taste. Great with garlic bread.
