Bisquick Waffles with 1% milk and Canola Oil

Introduction

Waffles with slightly less calories and fat. Use 1%, or 1/2% milk instead of 2% or whole milk.
Use canola oil instead of cooking oil.

Ingredients

    2 cups Original Bisquick Mix
    2 Tbsp canola oil
    1 1/3 cups 1% milk
    1 Egg

Directions

Heat waffle iron or irons
Mix ingredients together well
Spray waffle irons with butter spray
Put a ladle full of batter on the center of the waffle iron and close lid (you may use more or less depending on your ladle and the size of your waffle iron.
Heat for approximately 2 1/2 minutes until you reach your desired browning
Serve immediately.
