Red Bean Hummus

Ingredients

    1 15 oz can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 clove garlic
    1-2 Tb lemon juice (to taste)
    1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
    1/4 tsp smoked paprika
    1/8 tsp cumin
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1 Tb olive oil
    1 Tb grated parmesan or cojita cheese (optional)

Directions

Blend ingredients in a food processor until well combined. Chill first or serve immediately with chips, pita or any crusty bread.
