Ingredients

    Ground flax seed, 1 tbl
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    *Flour, white, .5 cup
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    *Egg white, 2
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Skim milk, 1.25 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients with a whisk. Pour onto a hot nonstick griddle or into a skillet with about a tbl. of oil.
I usually get about 8 large (5 to 6 inch) pancakes out of this amount. This would be 147 cal. each.
10 smaller pancakes would be 117 cal. each.
These are very filling.
