6 oz. chicken breast, cut up 6 oz. pork sausage (hot is best) 10 oz. mixed gumbo vegetables, frozen 1 med. minced garlic clove 14 oz. can Fat Free chicken broth 14 oz. crushed tomatoes 1 Tbsp. flour 1-1/2 cups cooked brown rice
Spray Pam in a soup pot. Cut chicken and sausage into 1" cubes and cook until done, about 10 min. Add veggies and garlic, cook till thawed, about 5 more mins. Blend in flour, then add chicken broth, crushed tomatoes. Cook brown rice and add to soup. Top with scallions if you'd like.
