Ingredients

    1/2 c. red onion, diced
    1/4 c. lime juice, fresh squeezed from two limes
    Zest from the limes
    1 Tbsp. Oregano, dried and crushed
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. Cilantro, minced
    4 roma tomatoes
    2 jalapenos, roasted, skinned and seeded
    1 avocado
    1 tsp. salt

Directions

Mix all ingrediants together and let stand for two hours to allow flavors to mix. Add jalapeno seeds if you would like heat in your salsa.

Makes about 4 cups.

1/4 cup serving is about 30 calories.
