Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Chicken Breast Canned, 3.5 serving
    Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb
    Grapes, .5 cup, seedless
    Almonds, .25 cup, sliced
    Scallions, raw, 2 large
    Chipotle Mustard, 2 serving
    Pepper, black, 2 dash
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 3 oz
    *Lemon Juice, .5 lemon yields

Directions

chop almonds, scallions, and apple
halve grapes
drain can of chicken

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Serve on a sandwich or on a bed of lettuce
