3 whole green peppers/8oz. lean ground beef cooked/1 8oz can tomatoes/1 whole onion chopped/1cup rice pre-cooked combine all and either stuff peppers or cut up peppers and put on top of other combined ingredients in a baking dish/bake on 350 for about 45 min.

Everyone in my family liked this recipe - we would make it again. We used ground turkey instead of ground beef and added some dried italian seasoning with some Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic seasoning - yummy. - 3/14/09

great idea with the ground turkey..and season is anyones choice..i shake in some dried red peppers sometimes to give it a spicy zing..im so glad you enjoyed my recipe.
