Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 can dark red kidney beans
    1 16 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 chopped onion
    1 packet chili seasoning mix
    1/2 package whole wheat spaghetti
    4 oz. reduced fat cheddar cheese

Directions

Brown turkey with onions. Add seasoning, tomato sauce, and beans and heat through. Boil noodles. Top cooked spaghetti with chili and 1/4 cup cheese.
