1 pack whole wheat tortillas
1 Jar of your favorite Salsa
1. Cover bottom of Skillet with Olive Oil and heat
*** Becareful! Oil will get very hot and may splater!
2. Cut tortillas into bite size pieces and place in heated olive oil. Not all at once... You may have to cook a few at a time depending on the size of your skillet
3. Let simmer in skillet for 1 minute then flip. Let other side simmer then remove... You want them to be crisp and dark brown
4. place on plate with papper towl. Let Cool and Enjoy!
