Introduction

Blueberry muffins made with a stevia baking blend instead of sugar. Texture is a little different than muffins with sugar, but at just 77 calories each I think they're pretty good. • I have not made these cause the recipe is not complete. I would like to try to make these. How can you make them without flour? Why is there flour in the calorie breakdown but not in the recipe? Furthermore if its only 1/4 cup of white flour, how in the world could it be only 64 calories? - 2/28/13
