One-dish Chicken Meal

Introduction

Serve with tossed salad for complete meal. This meal is easy to do especially for a busy week night. Serve with tossed salad for complete meal. This meal is easy to do especially for a busy week night.

Ingredients

    1# boneless chicken breast, cubed
    4 medium potatoes -- peeled, cubed
    1 # bag mini carrots
    2 envelopes Lipton Herb Seasoning Mix
    3/4 cup white wine or water

Directions

Dice uncooked chicken in small cubes. In a 9x13 baking dish combine all ingredients until blended well. Cover and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with salad, tossed with chopped tomato, celery and dressing. Makes 6-8 one cup servings.
