Coconut Pecan Frosting

Introduction

Wow! Not very healthy, but certainly delicious! Wow! Not very healthy, but certainly delicious!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1/2 cup margarine (1 stick), cut up
    8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    2 cups coconut, sweetened, flaked
    2 cups pecans, chopped


Directions

Melt margarine and cream cheese together in a medium saucepan over medium heat until completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Stir in brown sugar. Remove from heat and add coconut and pecans and mix well.



*The recipe can be cut in half and used to make German Chocolate Brownies. Follow recipe for my Cake Like Brownies and drop the mixture in spoonfulls all over the batter before baking. Bake as directed.
