This was my first SparkRecipe and it was very delicious. I am a new fan of salmon and I thought I did not like lemon pepper. My 2 kids ate half my serving, as I usually only make fish for me. I am going to buy enough to make this for the whole family this week. Thanks! - 7/20/09

  • We loved this dish! However, my salmon fillets were too thick to cook completely using the method of spooning the liquid over them. Had to keep adding liquid and cook longer. The liquid I chose was orange juice and more balsamic vinegar - made a very yummy addition! - 9/26/09
