8 Boneless skinless chicken thighs
Vinegar- 1/4 to 1/2 cup
Soy sauce 1/2 cup
Garlic- 3 cloves finley chopped
Ginger root, Fresh cut length wise skinned
Place OIL, chicken , garlic, ginger and pickeling spice pouch into sauce pan and cook till chicken is cooked through. Add vinegar and soysauce and simmer 10 min. TASTE..If too strong add water to taste. I always add a little.simmer 10 min more. Remove ginger and spice pouch before serving. Great over rice.
