Hoisin Tuna Steaks

Introduction

YUM! Can be grilled on the grill as a shishkabob. I baked it the two times I made it and it was delicious. YUM! Can be grilled on the grill as a shishkabob. I baked it the two times I made it and it was delicious.

Ingredients

    4 4 oz yellow fin tuna steaks
    3 Tbsp hoisin sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp water
    4 garlic cloves
    1 red bell pepper, sliced in thin strips
    1 can pineapple tidbits, drained

Directions

Mix hoisin sauce, water and garlic together. Marinate tuna in sauce for 15 minutes. Place tuna and sauce into a baking dish and layer with pineapple and bell pepper slices. Bake 30 minutes, turn steaks in pan and bake another 10 minutes or until flakey.
